U.S. and British naval, merchant and harbor craft. 0400-0800 get underway. 0735 Pilot Riddles aboard. Set tug special "Isere" Moored as before. 0730 Prepared to E. Sarbaugh 0800-1200 Moored as before. 0800 Crew mustered on stations.
