OPERATIONAL REMARKS (WAR DIARY) 0000-0400 Moored in Salcombe River , off Salcombe, Devan, Kngland in 5 fathoms water, sandy bottom, using 3 wires from stern to #2 buoy and 2 wires from bow to buoy #1. Bearings:Flagpole at Hotel 258°t; Church spire 294°t. Ship's heading 246°t. Ho cargo. Other ships present: Small British Naval and R.A.F. craft. Nathan Pritcher 0400-0800 Moored as before. j_te--ufc m^U*. Nathan Pritcher 0800-1200 Moored as before. Mustered crew at quarters. Absentee :Cheeks ,R.C..MAlc. Continuing with ship's work.
